Proud Members of United Property Agents
The launch of United Property Agents (UPA) marked an important milestone for Independent Rural Agents. Formed by established Rural Property Agents of Hourn & Bishop QLD Pty Ltd (Moura), Brodie Agencies Pty Ltd (Winton) and Slaney & Co (Charters Towers), United Property Agents (UPA) consolidates all the agent rural listings into one Rural Property Portal Website http://www.unitedpropertyagents.com.au
At first glance UPA might look like just another collective marketing effort however, the UPA business model is potentially ownership inclusive and will achieve a corporate image whilst maintaining agent business independence. To achieve the UPA mission the focus is on agent selection and business systems which, when combined, create cooperation not competition between agents. Ultimately the focus is to deliver quality results in a manner which meets the expectation of all stakeholders be they Seller, Buyer or UPA Agent.
The UPA mission is to harness the collective rural intellect and experience of Independent Rural Property Agents to form a Network like no other… a network that functions as ONE to deliver superior results for sellers, buyers and agents alike. The incredible but unseen difference in UPA is the shared buyer database which ensures each agent listings are instantly, electronically shared across the network … the focus here is to get results. Henry comments … ‘we see that a network of cooperating independent agents, with joint ownership in the UPA outcome, is far superior structure to the present systems of competing franchisee’s or corporate salesmen. Everyone … Sellers, Buyers and Agents benefit.’
By any measure Hourn & Bishop, Brodie Agencies and Slaney & Co have been successful. As testament to this success the extensive list of rural property sold includes farming, grazing, big and small, Auction, Tender and Private Sale across a Queensland-wide geographic footprint. A visit to the founding agents’ websites clearly demonstrates a professional attitude, undoubted sales results and a quick tally in the Sales History page is impressive.
